With over 11 years as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and 4 years dedicated to Aesthetic Medicine and Wellness, Haley leads with a commitment to evidence-based results and elevated patient care. She specializes in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Medical Weight Loss, and Advanced Aesthetic treatments including Botox and Dermal Fillers, Biostimulators, and Laser Technologies.

Haley’s approach is rooted in clinical integrity and natural-looking outcomes. She combines medical expertise with a passion for helping patients feel confident, balanced, and empowered—both inside and out.

In Haley’s free time, she enjoys traveling all over with her boys for Travel Ball!

With over a decade of Nursing experience and more than 4 years specializing in Aesthetics, she brings a clinical eye and compassionate touch to every treatment. She obtained her BSN from Northwestern State University and is currently advancing her education in Nurse Practitioner school at University of South Alabama.

Her specialties include: Advanced Neurotoxin Injections, PRP/PRF/PDGF Regenerative Therapies, Laser Treatments (Facial, Vascular, Hair Removal), Customized Weight Management Programs, & Radio Frequency Microneedling

Rachel is a dedicated nurse with 7 years of experience in the healthcare field. Currently overseeing our weight loss program, she is passionate about empowering individuals on their health journeys. As a proud mother of three, Rachel skillfully balances the joys of family life with her commitment to caring for others. She is trained in New Era Skin Tightening and Alma TED hair Restoration. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys!

Kaitlyn is a dedicated Nursing Student, pursuing her BSN at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Currently blending her clinical training with hands-on experience, she plans to dive into the Aesthetic Nursing world after graduating. Kaitlyn brings creativity into daily life by staying on top of trends, as well as managing all social media accounts. When she is not juggling nursing classes, she loves exploring new trends and products in Aesthetics to bring to Revitalize Sabine.

In her time outside of the Medspa, she enjoys online shopping and a crispy Diet Coke!

With a passion for transformative care and a dedication to clinical excellence, Ambres Jagneaux brings specialized expertise in Hair & Skin Health. As a licensed cosmetologist for over 24 years, Ambres has advanced training in hair restoration with a talent for delivering visible, confidence-building results.

Her skill set includes Acne Protocols, Skin Tightening, Body Contouring, Chemical Peels, and Hydrafacials — each customized to enhance natural beauty while supporting long-term skin vitality. 

Her warm demeanor and results driven approach make her a trusted guide on the journey to radiant skin and revitalized confidence! Outside of work, she is a devoted wife & busy mom of 4!

RECEPTIONIST

As the first face you’ll see when walking through our doors, Lila brings a warm welcoming presence to our Medspa. A recent college graduate and plans to attend Physician’s Assistant school she is dedicated to making every client feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.

Outside of work Lila enjoys shopping, catching live music and unwinding with a glass of white wine!
